Once the taxi arrived, and after much reorganizing of your bags, our staff helped you to load your belongings into the Uber. Having spoken with our security staff who were there on the day of your departure, we can confirm that we tried to book a taxi for you through local minicabs, who were all unavailable, so security booked an Uber through their personal account as a goodwill gesture, which we do not advise they do. Would never come here again! (The appartement itself is very nice and the bed in the bedroom is also very good I got notified about)… Unbelievable really! They would bring an extra topper to the room to lay in top of the bed, but this never happened. Really? I Just told you I sleep on the floor because the bed is not right and now you tell I have to pay for an upgrade. She told me I could upgrade it to a 2 bedroom appartment but I had to pay for it.

(As if I like sleeping on the floor?) Of the bed was ok to sleep on I would not have slept on the floor obviously. Again the person told me they never heard anyone complain about the sofa couch before. The next day I went to the reception again to tell them I now sleep on the floor. To make it a bit more comfortable for myself I put the couch pillows on the floor and the bed on top of that. I told the reception about it and the first thing they said: we never received complaints about this and we do not have another bed. First night slept horrible, the bed of the sofa couch is so thin you can feel the iron bedframe through the bed which hurts. Worst experience ever! Never thought this would happen when booking a 5 star appartement (€1000 for 4 nights) Booked for 3 people, 1 bedroom and the sofa couch for myself.
